Added this Viper remote start to a new car. Great to have in the cold Chicago weather. Had a battery issue right at first but that seems to be resolved. Very easy to use and makes going out in the cold and snow much better.

Have 4 viper remote starts going back 15 years. Fob on this broken within a week where the key ring corner is. Disappointed, but it’s replaceable. Still happy with purchase.

Bought the Viper once, was replace for free due to draining my battery (so we think) The new one, thankfully, with total tech, saved a lot of money, and time, was installed three months ago (it’s been a mild winter.). I did have to buy a new battery earlier in the year to be sure I did not get stuck after an ice storm last winter. So far, so good… thank you very much, the guys were great and helpful and had empathy for me which was very kind. Hope it never happens again! WMN

After install I wasn’t too thrilled with the system, I wasn’t able to get the app set up and the single button fob was tedious. However, after ordering the 7856v 2 way fob, I really like the system and it functions exactly how I intended. I still haven’t been able to link the app but it doesn’t matter because I wasn’t going to pay for the monthly premium on it anyway.

Works good. Affordable able price. Nice quality. Good features. Only the negative is, it doesn’t have a long range.

I’ve had it for a week and works good. I’m not sure if it has to do with the installation or car, but my car turns off once I open the door. I’m still able to start it from indoors. Chris from the Brookpark Cleveland location was the one who installed it. Took much longer than I was told(about 2 1/2 hrs, ended up being almost 6hrs but I think he was by himself and was working on multiple cars every time I checked in: about 3 times). I was given a remote start device/key itself and Chris linked the remote start to my original key and somehow my copy key even though the copy key was at home: total of 3 devices. Overall, everything was great except for the installation time and the minor inconvenience that I have to start my car again once the doors open. Just make sure you don’t have anything to do on the day you get them installed or that someone else can pick you up and drop you off in case the place is understaffed.

Approaching 5 months of use and it works well. It's convenient and I've had no major issues. Installation was fast and convenient - less than 40 minutes. Customer service was great; from the time I called to inquire to the time of installation (which was about a month later). The only issue I had was, once activated, it unlocked the doors. I don't recall it doing that initially, however. I looked into how to reverse that and following the directions worked out. Other than that, no major issues. If you don't want all the doors to unlock upon single factory remote button key press to unlock (as opposed to double key button press), be sure to inquire at installation how to disable that.

I've had this installed for almost a year and so far it's done well. I'm impressed with how far it away it start the car. However, I will say if your in a large building you have to get closer to the parking for it to work. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend. Especially to anyone living where it's very hot or gets very cold. It's made winter start ups a breeze and my car is warm when I get to it. Thanks!

This is the second car I’ve installed this system in for a teen driver. The fob is easy to use, the increased safety is helpful as both cars are leaving for college, and the auto start is reliable for cars stored outside in crowded student lots.

Works as expected. Nothing fancy but it does work with the factory remote as well as the included remote.

It works very well! The range is pretty awesome! My wife can start her car from her office, doesn't need to go to a door or anything. I would give it 5 stars, but there is a problem and it could just be user error. From time to time, the horn sounds at random intervals while the vehicle is running. That is a shade annoying, especially when no one is around it. The person that did the install, was done in less time than expected. However, he went through the operations so fast, I got dizzy. He was however professional and courteous!

Bought this item over the summer to be prepaid for winter and boy have I already started to use it. It works wonders. I had Geek Squad install this item and it was a smooth process.

The remote start works well enough just as the tech showed us. Installation guy was Mike, he was friendly and did a great job thank you Mike. My problem is that I had to pay 30 something dollars after the fact due to some wiring that I needed. No one said anything about this when I purchased this product which says includes installation. At least let the customer know that they need to pay for something else. Not when I arrive for installation. I felt ripped off.

2019 Camry xse. Works as advertised and the range is far. I live in apartment and I could turn the car on while I'm still inside and the car is across the parking lot. Best buy installer did a great job. Took about an hour. Only thing I recommend is buying this in store and not online. If you buy online, its a hassle checking whether you need to buy any supplemental parts. Buy this in store and schedule an installation then too.

I’m very happy with this product. Unfortunately it was a very bad snow storm when I had mine installed. My pick up happened so fast that we were all concerned about picking up our children from early dismissals so I did not get a chance to learn everything about the product but this Viper has been a reliable since the day installed. I am very happy with it.

I purchased the Viper remote car starter for my 2014 Ford Fusion. The application is easy to use from any phone. I'm able to start the vehicle with my original factory remotes.

This is the second car I have gotten the Viper system installed in, and it again is one of the best accessories i have gotten. Living in the midwest, we see both extremes of the temperature spectrum. Having the ability to cool off or heat up my car with the press of a button is something I would find hard to live wothout now.

This system was a last minute change. I went in with an Onstar system another employee had sold me, but the installation technician looked everything up after I had a question. Turns out my car works better/more easily with the Viper systems , so the tech did an exchange on bundles for me. My estimated install time quote went down from 2.5 hours to 1.5hrs which was also a bonus! The fob for this system is simple to use, fits well on my Keychain, and I am loving using the remote start system during our Chicagoland winter weather!

I love this product. Definitely recommending 100 percent.

And Beyond satisfied with this remote starter. Everything has been working great with it since I got installed. I've had no issues in the installation was very professional. The gentleman who installed this was very knowledgeable. He educated me on my system after installation very thoroughly. I would recommend this to anybody that is buying a remote starter for the first time for their vehicle.
