I bought the viper remote start had installed at Best Buy it works great the team that installed were great and quick.

My car did not have a remote car starter factory installed. Two years ago, I finally sold my late husbands car and used part of the money to purchase a remote car starter. Because I had the tech plan in my records, the store called advising me I was eligible for the upgraded model for the same price. I jumped on it and have been in love with a wonderful piece of technology. This past winter was one of the worst that was ever experienced and my car was parked outside. I was able to start my car from the window and let it warm up. Even when the temps were sub-zero, this car starter cracked over and started without any issues. Do recommend that you leave the heater and/or A/C turned on when you leave the car. It works much better to warm th car up. Recommend this highly for any car that does not have a remote car starter, especially if you live in an area with extreme temps.

Great product and awesome range in the remote. Also allows me to use my factory key fob hitting lock unlock and lock. I would like to say I had this installed at Best Buy and the tech that installed it was the best I have seen. He was very kind and informative and even printed out a sheet for my future radio upgrade of parts and labor for the next install.

This is such an amazing device, I didn’t think it was possible to put it on a diesel truck , I have a ford f450 stakebed diesel and I have to let it warm up for at least 15 for it to run good so I have to go turn it on and wait , which I hated but now with remote start is super amazing and my truck is not power but the technicians were also able to add alarm with same product. So I can turn it on with remote start and not worry of theft

This is my second purchase ! I have two sons and they both have Chevy trucks ! Installation was a breeze with Geek Squad ! I highly recommend! As a mom, non car guru- this was so easy !

Great remote starter, very long range even inside solid walls building

My husband did a lot of research for his remote starter, and after talking to the rep at Bestbuy, he picked this one. It has two way remote, to let him know it successfully started. It works pretty far too, he loves it.

Installation takes 3?hours do get a ride. Great product. Installer is great. Upgrade to the better remote. Shows interior temperature, if vehicle did in fact start, if the vehicle is locked or not and how long the car going run. Wonderful product .

My Viper remote start works great with my 91 BMW 850. Previously, the old remote lock/unlock did not work. I now have that functionality regained plus have remote start. Also, the app functionality is great. works well from inside my house to the car in the garage (detached). This is without the paid service. Everything I was looking for. Perfect!

Got for my wifes car to start engine in cold great range and works with my car remotes and viper phone app also can start and stop engine and lock and unlock doors.

The Best Buy tech recommended that I use the fob instead of the bluetooth option, because the bluetooth option just doesn't work well. Other reviews said the same thing, so I decided to use the fob. The problem is that the fob included in the package is not very reliable--it wouldn't unlock my doors after remote start. So I ended up buying an upgraded remote, which works very well.

Now that Winter is on us, The VIPER Auto Start has come in Very Handy. It could be that I have an older car 2014 but I have not been able to get it to connect to the APP. The installation was 1/2 done and occasionally the wire that runs along the inside of the windshield to the receiver falls and I have to tuck it back up there. I have to remember, when parking my car to set the defrost, heat, and seat warmer, if not when you start it in the morning it just starts your car on .

Very simple to use. Great range from both your key fob and the starter remote. Even has app capability to start from your phone.

I have an order diesel truck. Had one little issue with it. The installer Brandon is awesome. Really good dude. Took the extra time concerned about the situation and called me the next day seeing how the results were. Not only making sure it was still working but did research on my specific vehicle troubleshooting other ways to be able to fix the issue. A+. Brandon and his assistant definitely deserve a raise.
