Great product worked well will recommend to customers as long range on the remote had no problems problems with this product

I had this product installed 12/31/18 by a Best Buy tech. The install went Faster than i anticipated. The tech was very pleasant. The provided remote works nicely. I have yet to test out the range but so far it works for the distance that i will be using it from most of the time. I like that I can use my Factory keyfob to start it. The Bluetooth remote via smart phone app works from a lot farther than I anticipated. I’m not sure how often I will use this feature but It is nice to have.

I connected my Nissan rogue to the device. First of all, there is no phone application as stated, sometimes it’s working sometimes it’s not…150 feet is not a reallly big distance. Overall, it’s working.

I suffered a lot with winter last year , So I decided to get remote starter for my car , Just I went there to check what is the cost & estimate which one is good , Best Buy team member really help me out for everything & they recomend me viper 2 way , I like there recomendation, After installation they help for other things. to like smart start. Geek squad installer was really friendly & helpful everything , I was using !st time .

If you live in Chicago aka Chiberia, you need to invest in a remote start system. So, I bought one for my son as a Christmas present. He has a 2003 Chevy Cavalier. Bought it on sale plus the installation was free. The installers in their Crestwood auto dept were really nice. They explained how it works, and gave us some pointers. We had it installed day after Christmas, and is working good so far.

Fast install works great! Good price and the remote is super easy to use, lights flash and let you know it’s on.

This has been working great so far. I was fortunate enough to get it installed before a week of highs in the teens. While the range is limited since I just have the base model with no add-ons, it works well enough for my needs. I feel spoiled already having a warm car when it is below freezing outside.

I recently purchased this remote car starter to make my car warm during the winter season, even though I'm far away from my car. The installation fee was included, and it's working perfectly. I don't regret my investment.

I bought this, well as other Viper products. My security system was disabled by a mechanic doing a repair on my car. They couldnt figure it out and i had also been looking at this product for a while. I had this, an upgraded remote, the GPS and 4G module, and upgraded security system installed. It is one of the best purchases ive ever made. Im. Ot always near my car when i want to start it or unlock it for a friend or family member. This product works great as a standalone, but it better with everything else. The only complaint I have is where the installer put the siren and the wire running to the siren. They ran the wire across the bar in my engine bay that needs to be removed when doing certain repairs.

Definitely the best one for the price. This is my 2nd Viper, and wont buy anything but the Vioer for now on. I bought a different one for my last car, and regretted it. Viper is the way to go, tilt switch to protect my rims or it being towed away. Glass protection, and you can adjust the sensitivity from the remote. Definitely imlressed.
