Great price decent product, my only concern is the sensitivity level. It goes off from the smallest of noises, but all in all I’m satisfied

Product is working as designed. Installation took an extra hour and would have been nice if a text message would have gone out when the entering the extra time.

Good basic system at a reasonable cost. Had an old toyota tacoma and needed an alarm and this was a good fit. Have had it a few months and no issues so far.

It works well but the alarm is super sensitive and loud. It goes off constantly. The guy that I stalled it did decrease sensitivity, but still kept going off repeatedly.

It is a very good product. I wish it came with more features but I didn't want to spend more money. If it costs little less, I'd love to have automatic trunk release or vehicle locator device as well.

My original remote door lock system was not working properly and probably would cost more than $300 to repair at the dealership. For $200 Best Buy installed this new remote/alarm system and it works great.

I love this alarm so much. It makes me feel much safer and Best Buy is the best. Such a great deal with installation included. The installer was awesome in every way and explained things so well .

Great fit for any vehicle. Comes with instructions. Preferably ask for assistance in the setting up .

So far so good. Alarm doesn't seem to setoff easily which is great. Door auto locks after car starts and auto unlocks after car stops.

Viper is a well known brand for car security system. We also purchased a window shock detector device along with this set for installation. The installation only takes an hour and half. And it doesn't interfere with my existing sound system. Steve-O is very patient and professional.

Works well. I can lock or unlock the car silently if I want to, which is a great feature. The fob is a little different than what is pictured for the product - and I actually like it more. But you could always check with the store before buying in case you might not like it. The install process was great and the crew was really nice.

alarm systems do way more than just go off when your doors are tampered with. Today's alarms disable fuel systems and ignitions as well as control door locks and lights. If anything comes loose while driving it could be a disaster. If I had known it could leave me stranded I may have decided against it. But with multiple break-ins I didnt do much research. Best Buy went out of their way to make sure I was happy and safe in the end.

Really good so far. It has just the right amount of deterrence.

I had trouble once when I unlocked the car and the front doors would not unlock and it took me a couple of minutes to get the car to unlock the front doors. Other then that I have had no problem
