    We are very pleased with our new Viper Alarm Security System for our car especially the alarm sound. It's very quiet as opposed to our old one.

    I chose this alarm Viper is a good alarm company Remoteit's different than advertised on the Box.

    The issue is with the installation and customer service. Waited almost four hours for install, and when it was complete, the technician tried to rush the demonstration of how it works. I’m glad I verified before I left bc the keyless portion worked on and off. I told the technician who told me well at least you can still use your key to open the door. I said that defeats the purpose of purchasing a keyless remote. Wires were hanging loose underneath and worse off they tried to back pedal and say that my power locks were already sticking prior to install. I showed them their own paperwork which showed pre inspection that the locks were good to go. The only solution they offered was to remove alarm and give me refund. Now I’m stuck with a full priced item that works half of the time. Never again at this location.

    The alarm itself works great, but my air intake wasn’t screwed back together properly and. Ow my car makes noise and having issues. I tightened it back up myself, but there may be damage to my engine for not having proper air flow which I have been driving for a while not knowing the cause. Also a hose wasn’t installed back properly and was just sitting in the engine bay under where it was supposed to be connected. A clamp for it is missing as well.

    Bought this alarm for a 1998 Ford F150 . Gave me piece of mind. This truck belonged to my father and given to me before he passed.

    I installed on my Silverado and it works pretty nice. The antitheft feature it's priceless.

    Had installed on 2006 Silverado 2500HD. Motion sensor is set at max, and will not pick up large vibrations, including kids jumping in the back of the truck. Have to hit hard on a pillar for alarm to chirp a couple times. Range on remotes is good.

    Well unfortunately i cannot properly review this product. Like alot of people, i was looking for a deal on a car alarm after the Thanksgiving Holiday.Thats how i came across this product. Well the store i purchased it from didnt install plus i needed a couple of more parts for the install. So we agreed to have everything shipped to the store that was going to do the install. Well that was the start to the dissatisfaction. I have patience. I say that because i could not get it installed until the end of December, basically a month away. So now im anticipating the install. First. Part of the order was sent to the store i made the purchase from which wasnt what was agreed to. We are all humans, we make mistakes. After calling the customer service number for assistance i ended up agreeing to pick it up due to the frustrating process it would of took to have it sent to the other store. Ok. Now my the other 2 parts i need for the install are in. About a week or so before my insall date but now im being notified if i dont pick them up, theyll be put bk in stock. So now i have to call customer service again to reschedule the pickup for the day of the install. Now, the day of the install. After arriving at the store and picking up my parts, I go around to the back of the store to the install part of the store. That is after i locate my mother whom followed me so i could drop off the car. In a nutshell after all this I'm told, " we basically can install this system on your car due to certain variables". Ive never felt so let down and frustrated before. I mean this could of been told to me when i purchased the system. I believe the installers need to be more involved in the selling of your alarm systems. I have more to say but I'm actually tired of typing. Feel free to get in touch with me. Thankyou

    I got the alarm installed last week, there were a few issues with installation, however the main problem was that old style remotes were given instead of those shown in the picture. People at Bestbuy refused to do anything. This is like go to pickup a 2020 car and dealer says sorry we only 2019 model. Never mentioned this before. Despite many messages and calls, no response from Bestbuy.

    Does not allow for you to only unlock the driver's side door, when you hit the unlock button, which is a safety concern for me. In order to get that feature which is standard on cars now, you have to pay $600 for another alarm and bypass.

    Bought this for my daughter's car and so happy I did. I mainly bought this for the keyless entry and got the added bonus of an alarm. I would buy this again without hesitation.

    Goes off pretty much every time a vehicle drives by. No setting to reduce sensitivity. Wish I could return it. Worthless.

    I was sold this product and told it would also work as remote start. Luckily the Auto tech team caught it and called before installation. They were great.
