Worthless for us after a few months because...

Then the fobs when pressed would do a unlock, lock, unlock, lock thing. Installers couldn't figure it out. Big hassle. Finally just had a mechanic totally disarm it.

Disappointing product

I had to drive 40 miles and spent 6 hours waiting for my car to be ready. The product irself is also disappointing: not as loud as expected, very confusing to use (and no user manual to explain certain functions 8n detail.)

Never buy from Best Buy

Did realize it till two days later because it’s a classic car . It sit in my garage so no need to arm and disarm. Called Best Buy to look at it wouldn’t be able to till Dec 28. I live 1 hour 10 minutes away so that’s 2 hours 20 minutes around trip plus waiting. Just to check out car. Called store to talk to manager not available go figure. Called twice. Never called back. Bottom line is I will never buy from Best Buy again. Bet they will never respond.

Great alarm system

Don't let Best Buy install car alarms on your car

So they had to splice in the wires and stuff like that which they shouldn’t have they should’ve sold me the right system and just said hey the system doesn’t work instead of just installed it anyway
