Was not included in the Purchase of the actual system, geek squad offered it complimentary ( was needed for install) Geeks squad did a Terrific job on my Alarm System, they installed a Compustar w drone / lte and it was on sale so I got a great deal and the installation was included. The guys over at Almaden Best Buy geek squad are A great group of installers . They even connected my double dins am/fm that I thought would never work ! Now I can go to the Drive inn movie theaters and use the radio . Thanks again to the Geek squad team for their amazing installation.

Purchase the Relay assembly kit with the Compustar 1-Button Remote Starter for my 2015 Jeep Unlimited. The Compustar Remote Starter works flawlessly and very easy to use. The techs at Bestbuy that installed the system in my vehicle are knowledgeable and professional in their work. I have purchased two more of the Compustar Remote Starter for family member in 2017 Christmas gifts (Buick and Honda vehicles). Purchased another one for my fiancé vehicle which is a 2018 Hyundai. Like I said they all work flawlessly. I would highly recommend it to friends And families.

Finally, it have just installed on my car 2019 toyota camry today at Best Buy(Frederick Crossing) after waiting an over 2 months. The remote start has a really good range and works great. Thank you to Mr. Josh who installed it and highly recommend this product.

I bought this version because I wanted to know when or if the car started. This unit works great and still allows me to use the buttons on my key too. previous units I looked at "bypassed" my key button which are easier to use to unlock/lock doors. I am extremely pleased with how well this worked in my 2015 Subaru Outback - better than the factory one and cheaper!

Works great, it’s a great relay especially used with the right remote starter.

Depending on your vehicle, you will need it to ensure the starter works. And I must say, the starter lcoupled with the security system & mobile app add-on's come out to a perfect product. Makes turning on your vehicle & checking on its security easy when you're not within range. I was in NYC & my car in Seattle. Was able to turn it on & ensure its security with ease all from my cell phone. And the yearly subscription is at an excellent price! Not to mention that all the products come with free installation by the Geek Squad Auto-Techs as long as you by it through Best Buy. I did my research at other places & it totaled around $800 or more at various locations. At Best Buy, I paid less than $500 for everything. Make sure you check the online prices cause the stores don't all have the same prices as online. Best Buy will price match on the spot as long as you can show it to them.

This item was needed to complete my alarm/keyless entry installation. It works great, as does the keyless entry/alarm. I realize that occasionally, installations require additional accessories. This works great and didn't break the bank!

Had my car alarm install by geek squad over at best buy. They said I needed for my viper 5706v remote start alarm. It has two parts to it which is the bottom half that the relay plugs into, and the top half which is the relay. The bottom half has the wires running from it, so you can connect it into any application you might need it for, and the top half which is the main part, the replay. If the relay stop working, then you can just stop by any local auto parts store to get one, and it's just like plug in play.

For use with remote start install sold separately. Works great and I haven’t had issues so far.

These accessories are made specifically for each brand of remote start and for each brand and model of vehicle. Everything plugs right in. Perfect!

This product was used in addition to the Viper remote start that I purchased. The install was for an '07 Hyundai Santa fe with a factory installed alarm system. The sales associate told me this relay kit was needed to bypass the alarm. I assume it works exactly as it should because the remote start works without issue and I've never had a problem with the alarm either.

Part required for installation of the remote start - works, so can't complain. I suggest, if you have BB install anything, buy the recommended parts required. If they don't use them, they can be returned/refunded after installation.

This is a part for my Remote car starters. Would recommend it to anyone living in areas with cold winters. Getting into a car that’s warm, with the windshield defrosted and seat heated up was well the price. Which was on sale!!!
