The price is good and the fee for it is affordable. App is easy to download, once you pay it’s easy to use start almost anywhere you have phone signal.

I have had the VSM200 model since SmartStart first came out. I needed to upgrade the range because I found out my phone would not start my car from certain areas, this upgrade has rectified the problem. The only downfall is you must open a new account with SmartStart if you upgrade to this device. They will refund any money you may have left on your current term.

Was a great add-on, gave me the added range I needed to make the remote start usable in my situation of work and parking lot location. Mobile app handy , eliminates need of key fob. Only complaint is mobile app won't let me do silent lock or unlock like key fob, I like the silent feature at home as leave pretty early, or I should say the neighbors like the silent feature

This is my 3rd Viper purchase. I love the brand. Purchased the model 4806V because I had it in my last car and am very happy with it. It has fantastic range from the remote. Best Buy once again did a great install. This time I also purchased the module so I can use the starter from my cell phone. I live in Minnesota, so a dependable remote starter is a must have.

I love getting in my jeep after I get off work and it being warm. Best Buy in Gainesville GA is amazing

I had to purchase this module (for wife's car) because AT&T was no longer supporting the service (3G I believe) needed for Viper to run. If Sprint is available in your area it should continue to work, however we don't have sprint. This now runs on Verizon. The system as a whole works pretty well, though there are some issues from time to time. I switched to Drone Mobile on my car and while it's app needs a little work I am much happier with that. I was going to switch my wife to Drone but this was significantly cheaper.

Nice to have but I should have gotten the more expensive product this one is kind basic and cheap Never connects like it needs to and their customer service is horrible and never responds considering the expense of it all geez it should work much BETTER

At the last second I opted to purchase the smartphone adapter and I am sure glad I did. The basic Viper remote start is worthless. It rarely works and it is only one way. I have a wall between my vehicle and my office and need to use my phone as the 1000ft remote will not work from inside a building even though I am only 20 ft from my car. Line of sight ONLY. The phone feature rocks. Yes, you must pay a annual fee but with that you get a two way system, verification if the car started, did not start, lock doors, unlock etc. Add the GPS and you have a full set of other options. The phone feature is all I use now so go with the smartphone feature and you will be pleased. FYI the smartphone needs to be on a cell network not wifi to be functional.

Still having issues with this unit. Gives me errors half of the time and Best Buy can't figure out why.... Maybe a waste of money....

This is now me second auto start / security system purchased and installed from Best Buy. It is great and I would recommend to anyone.

I've enjoyed this purchase. It was a great add on to my vehicle which did not come with a remote start. Range is very good and responds well.

This is the second time I have purchased this product from Best Buy, first for my 2015 F250 and now for my Hyundai Elantra. Both times I had geek squad do the install. Excellent product and service from Best Buy, you just can't find this kind of attention to detail anymore.

This is the best automatic start add on..I use it every morning b4 I get out of bed.
