    Installation was done expertly, works as advertised. I love being able to start my car and warm it up in the winter, cool it in the summer, and never have to worry "did I lock my car?". Would highly recommend.

    This is a must have if you own a smart phone. The best part is that it works anyway and everywhere. Locks, unlocks and starts the vehicle. Even has schedules and alarms that you can setup to start your vehicle.

    Adding this to my alarm system was the best thing ever. I can start my car no matter where I'm at wirh my cellphone and I can open the doors with my phone also, great addition to my alarm system.

    GPS does not provide the cars location. The VM350 does not show location either.

    The product seems to work about 80% of the time now. It took about 24 hours for it to start working for me. I was about to take it back and all of a sudden it was OK. Installation was awesome and fast!

    Not happy for this purchase. Made mistake for buying interface and service. Now trying to figure it out how to get rid of module and service. Every 20 attempts to communicates with car is successful.

    Originally I thought this was an amazing deal but then I realized I purchased an old model that will unlock and start my vehicle but it doesn't have GPS. If you want the GPS features like knowing where your stolen vehicle is or where you parked, don't buy this. If you just want to be able to lock, unlock, and start your vehicle, this works fine.

    Every time we need to do a remote start it doesn't get a return signal from the car so it doesn't start. Three calls to help center so far and no satisfaction. Considering a return under the warranty. Does not perform to its claims
