Have started and tracked my truck over 250 miles away. the schedule reminder is awesome, starts virtually anywhere, no non starts so far. Am very happy.

I have this standalone with a Evo all interface and works great.

The app works poorly without the service agreement. It’s suppose to have good range with the Bluetooth but that’s not the case.

My was really looking forward to adding this module to my Viper alarm system. I had been undecided for several months until I saw that it was on sale. Ordered online along with install, it arrived promptly and I scheduled install. I traveled all the way across town and took time off work exited about my new gadget only to be informed that the item I received was used and had been preciously activated so it was useless. Fortuneltly the staff at the store took great care off me and processed my refund, they did a great job. I am very disappointed that Best Buy would sell me a used item without my knowledge, I would have understood if it was stated in the item description but is was described as new.

The box gives the impression that this is a stand alone item when it actually requires a complete remote start system already installed, this is just an upgrade. Plus you have to pay a monthly service fee! My husband purchased it as a gift and was told b 2 different sales associates that it was a stand alone system. Very disappointing to find out I had to pay another $200 for a lesser version.

We use this daily now and I LOVE the unlimited range on the cell phone with the app. Very convenient and easy to use. I also travel throughout the US a couple times each year with the family and aside from the obvious benefit of getting into a nice warm car when it is cold we have discovered an additional benefit on a recent trip to Phoenix. In the 110+ degree heat the car was almost impossible to get into until you opened the doors, started it and letting it cool down a few minutes. The steering wheel was ridiculously hot! My wife was the one that recommended we try using it in the heat of Phoenix the first time. WOW...what a difference. What it does for a cold car in the winter is identical what it does to a hot car in the summer. We were immediately able to sit in the car and drive away without the typical wait. I will never get into a freezing cold or melting hot car without this product again. Period. THANK YOU!!!!

This product is great. I had it for close to two years now. But unfortunately, after time it drains my battery completely. No real reason. Honda was kind enough to replace my battery and Best Buy was kind enough to re install the device and explained how I need to unlock my car (I have to use the remote start key ring they provide. I can't use the app and I can't use my actual key). Well, the key ring remote start stopped unlocking my car so I started manually unlocking my car. Guess what. Battery is dying again. This battery is a month old. DO NOT BUY THIS REMOTE START. I am not taking anything away from the services at Best Buy. They were wonderful at the Homestead Waterfront location. Store number 882. They did everything and anything for me. But I am in the process of scheduling an appointment to get this uninstalled from my car.
