Cool,sharp Android

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone will not reconnect to data by itself you need to switch on then off airplane mode to get it to connect. the voice mail app is garbage don't get any voicemails, looked on virgin mobile there is no permanent fix they say this on the website in the support section. "Do not factory data reset, data wipe, or exchange devices for this behavior. Solution A permanent fix is actively being investigated. In the meantime, please perform one of the following:" this is crap. like my first j3 and J7 these updated versions are garbage.

Worst phone I have had

Now it shuts down randomly, all the time. Doesn't turn on. Glitches. Camera was good, now bad. Updates lost my contacts even though I have them on Google. My old J3 was better. Over heats.
