Although it balance clear thst my in home service request would not help solve my problem, GeekSquad made sure i had all the information needed to understand why. They furnished me with detailed explanation from one of their agents. I followed their instructions and after a vicious and threatening email hack all is back to normal! Thanks from this senior citizen for all u did!

Fantastic service, Tech was fabulous in every way. He was friendly, efficient and thorough in diagnosing the issue and fixing it. Only issue, the online ordering system is not the most intuitive.

My computers started with a virus from FaceBook. Ten it got into trouble with my One Drive, Office 350 and OutLook. One thing after another connecting with issues. Glad they were able to fix my issues and problem.

Geek Squad agent Matthieu fixed my Chromebook virus and operating system mix up. He was very respectful, courteous and patient in answering my questions. He treated me as a human, not a number.

The service technician was terrific: knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, did everything I asked him to do, explained what he was doing, answered all my questions clearly, left me reassured about the repair; I couldn't have asked for more!

The tech knew exactly how to fix my messed up email on my computer and iPhone. He also checked computer for bugs, etc. He was very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Also treated us very kindly and respectfully.

I thought I had a virus in both my desktop and my laptop so I requested home service. Mike was assigned to check it out. He kept me informed of his pending arrival. Once here, he went right to work. Fortunately, there were no viruses. Only fake ones. He took care of those, removed software I did not need and cleared out my temp files. Great service. Let me know what he was doing as he did it. He took care of both the laptop and the desktop. If I need service again, I will be asking for Mike.

The tech came in and, in a few minutes, he said my computer was clean and should not have any problems. He was very thorough and complete.

. My elderly mom was nearly hacked on her computer so we called for Geek squad to come out do a diagnostic on the computer. Brandon D came and completed a diagnostic test gir viruses and cleaned up other things that were giving her issues. He was EXCELLENT!! He was very patient and he even showed me how to do a few things that I was not aware of. His compassion, and understanding along with his computer expertise made the experience so much stress free! I highly recommended Brandon. Thank you so much you were a wonderful!

My computer was hacked into. Very frightening experience. Took it to Geek Squad in Downingtown. And they fixed it. I was in a total panic but they calmed me down and I knew my desktop was in good hands. The people that work there are polite, professional and they listen.

Great service and the guy that fixed my apple desktop computer was very knowledgable friendly and really knew his job. I would absolutely recommend his work.

I took my computer in two times and still had problems with it. Andrew with Geek Squad came out after over 2 WEEKS and he helped me. He added note pad in order that I could type up lessons and not lose them like I did with Word. I know that my computer is old but at this stage I do not want to purchase a new computer as I do not use the computer all that much. I do appreciate all that the Geek Squad did for me. All in all I felt like I was out a lot of expense for my computer to still have the problems. I am making it with it OK
