Agent cleared email performance issues, cleaned temp files, and generally upgraded the overall performance of my computer; especially email. In house service is well worth the cost and avoids multiple wait times and language challenges with online support. I will definitely use this service again. Geek Squad member was very proficient and well informed.

They came to my door neatly dressed and cordial, so I asked him to come in, which he did. He went right to work, fixing everything that was out of order; he knew how to do everything which really amazed me, and I wondered at the time how long it took him to become so efficient in his job.

Agent Seaton Neill was very professional. He had the knowledge and skills needed to repair the my PC and remove unwanted trial software and re-install my programs. I would recommend him highly for those who need assistance with any PC issue.

Aaron has come out each and every time lately. He's a delightful individual, knowledgeable and does well in explaining any questions that I have. He DOESN'T seem to tie up loose ends though in trying to cover all bases so he won't be needed to come out again in the near future for stuff that might be anticipated ahead of time, unfortunately.

Geek Squad successfully has removed a toxic virus from my PC. It took more than one visit, but it is now gone. I will be more judicial in avoiding URLs that Webroot deems to be dangerous.

Geek Squad came to my house in a timely fashion and told me I had to have my hard drive "scrubbed" because a hacker installed malware that was password protected and could not be removed. The only drawback was that I needed help getting the computer up and running again. Geek Squad was available to come help the next week or so, but I was able to get a friend to come and answer my questions so I canceled the 2nd appt. I am confident I will get a quick response if I need to call again.

He was ok however he stated he couldnt finish what he was here to do cause my computer was to old I told him I knew my computer is old I bought it in 2009 but it still works--after that we parted ways I would still recommend the Greek Squad for quick and easy help with ones computer

The agent, Chris Hopper, made some adjustments and corrections and corrected the problem. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to explain why the computer had not been working effectively. I was very pleased with Chris Hopper's service.

What I needed was a hook-up allowing my purchase of a computer (a replacement of a years old one of my deceased wife)...something I just couldn't do. The person who came did a wonderful (easy for him) job for me. I know it wasn't a challenge to what he would do...but it was something I couldn't do..
