Joe Skiff cleared a virus from my computer and left me with "Mac Keeboard short cuts"

Geek Squad successfully has removed a toxic virus from my PC. It took more than one visit, but it is now gone. I will be more judicial in avoiding URLs that Webroot deems to be dangerous.

He was ok however he stated he couldnt finish what he was here to do cause my computer was to old I told him I knew my computer is old I bought it in 2009 but it still works--after that we parted ways I would still recommend the Greek Squad for quick and easy help with ones computer

Michael is very good and efficient at what he does. He came in got the job done in a timely manner. he arrived at the time he told me he would arrive.

What I needed was a hook-up allowing my purchase of a computer (a replacement of a years old one of my deceased wife)...something I just couldn't do. The person who came did a wonderful (easy for him) job for me. I know it wasn't a challenge to what he would do...but it was something I couldn't do..

The agent check my computer for the message I received. I couldn't use my computer. He couldn't find anything wrong. He check the computer for virus and remove what he found. Don't know what he did but I'm grateful that I can now open files that I couldn't

The agent, Chris Hopper, made some adjustments and corrections and corrected the problem. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and took time to explain why the computer had not been working effectively. I was very pleased with Chris Hopper's service.

Geek Squad came to my house in a timely fashion and told me I had to have my hard drive "scrubbed" because a hacker installed malware that was password protected and could not be removed. The only drawback was that I needed help getting the computer up and running again. Geek Squad was available to come help the next week or so, but I was able to get a friend to come and answer my questions so I canceled the 2nd appt. I am confident I will get a quick response if I need to call again.
