i was very satisfied with the Geek Squad. Very professional.

The agent checked both of our lap tops for virus etc. He also adjusted the to run faster. In addition he answered some questions for us. Very pleased with the service and that it is part of our Geek Squad service at no additional charge.

It wasn't exactly easy, but Ted installed the fire stick into the back of my wall mounted TV and got Direct TV Streaming on it. He did a great job! He also checked out my wireless printer that would only put the documents into "pending" status, and not print them. He informed me that my residence's free wifi probably had a fire wall, preventing wireless printing and advised me to buy and connect a direct access cable to the computer. He then made an appointment to return the next day and check out the new configuration after I connected it. He returned and removed all of the extra sources for printers that did not apply to my machine. Perfect!

Our older desk top computer was working poorly and our living room TV had never been optimally set up. Megan and Cam stopped by. Megan really knew her stuff and had everything working like new when they left. I can't THANK her enough.

Files were backed up, virus removed, and files restored. Have not had any problems since service was provided.

The Geek Squad tech, Charles, was really great. He came on time and fixed my printer problem and let me know what I needed to do to keep it from occurring again. He answered my questions in a professional manner. He can come back and help me any time.

BOTH LAPTOP AND DESKTOP COMPUTERS RUNNING SLOW. TOOK LAPTOP IN AND HAD THE GEEK SQUAD DO A DIAGNOSTIC AND REPAIR. RUNS ALOT FAST NOW. ON THE DESKTOP THEY SENT A TECH OUT TO DO A TUNE-UP RUNS MUCH BETTER.

The agent was unable to check my computer for viruses remotely, so my only option was to bring it into the store. I chose not to do this as it is a desktop I-Mac and way too heavy and bulky to transport it. Even though the man was unable to work his magic, he tried various ways to solve thee problem. I gave him 3 stars for trying.
