Initally is was fine but mynerves were frayed and the later it got the more difficunt the guy became. He was telling me I could not have entered a password correctly no matter hom many times I told him I did, double checked it and it was not working. Never did get my printer restored. Hopefully he removed all viruses etc. Before this I would recommend geek squad in a second but Im no longer so sure.

We have a protection plan thru veruzon for all electronic. They were worthless. I talked my husband into calling Geek Squad and in less then half an hour they fixed it remotely. The company vetizon sent us too kept the machine for 3 days and said they couldn't fix and the don't get paid enough to waste their. WOW. BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD IS THE BEST

Always happy with Geek Squad tech support. My printer issue was solved. It should show in the work tickets with my name. I was switched to another agent (Meghana) who offered to clean up my computer...remove any malware etc. I communicated with her during our chat session. I am now without a browser as I was told she deleted them. NOW, I have an in store appointment tonight to correct the issue. I asked questions about chrome or edge... She said I could use both. She signed off and that was that. Total Tech subscription let me down today. The computer scan showed no viruses etc. I thought I was good to go, but, NO. I have no idea if other things were deleted. I hope the appointment tonight will resolve anything she may have done. SAD!

Durprised how easy to do online with the pros at Best Buy. Cleaned up a mess very efficiently with a great result.

The Geek Squad agent went over my laptop checking for malware, viruses, and emptied the caches all done while on the phone with me.

After two attempts with remote service to my laptop- it's still working slow. Fairly expensive considering the results.

MY COMPUTER DOES NOT WORK ANY FASTER OR BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE THE SERVICE. i REALLY DON'T THINK ANYTHING CHANGED, IT IS STILL SOO SLOW AND PAGES I DID NOT ASK FOR POP UP ALL THE TIME! MAYBE TIME FOR A NEW MACHINE!! BUT THIS REMOTE SERVICE DID NOTHING TO MAKE IT BETTER, AND FOR THE PRICE I EXPECTED IT TO MAKE IT WORK BETTER AND QUICKER.

I paid for a two-year subscription with Geek Squad, but when I needed their help, they asked me to pay extra just to remove a jammed piece of paper. I do not recommend their service—it's a waste of money.

They gave me no statement of procedures used or proof that anything had been done. I still get 'gremlins' occurring with no idea of the source/reason.

BB won't extend my warranty beyond 1 yr bc it's "refurbished" I did NOT LIKE THIS!

I was so incredibly thankful and happy that the Geek Squad was able to fix my hack. I had been working on it all day and finally called them and they were understanding and fast at fixing every problem that occurred. Awesome!

Nobody helped me I did miss my apt because after i spent hours online with someone who charged me hundreds of dollars nothing got fixed my computer had to be thrown out it was no good anymore it was not fixed by guy online

I have had your WEBROOT protection for several years and have paid the price...............I purchased a new HP printer (not at Best Buy). I was having trouble and HP found I had 1,500 Virus"....NO THANK YOU I WILL NOT RENEW!
