I bought this for my kid's Christmas present and it's really easy for them to use. The cover and stand are very convenient

This item was very difficult to maneuver with schoolwork for my eight year old! Our school did not provide chromebooks for his age to bring home unfortunately!! Such a crazy time! Luckily his aunt and uncle graciously purchased him a chromebook which meshes well with schoolwork!! Not a bad product but definitely not made for schoolwork!:)

This tablet is the worst. Freezes up/Locks up cant load up explorer all the time. It seems like it has absolutely no space and I just got it maybe 2 months ago but only just got around to starting to try to use it. I wish I would have tried it when I bought it so I would have known so I could take it back.

First.... let’s start with they didn’t even send me the one I ordered.... TWICE Secondly... it will not update to android anything past 5.0 which will not allow most apps to work on this tablet Lastly... it continued to shut off every time I tried to set it up or search for an update.... once geek squad helped me with that, that’s when I was informed of its inability to update.... Do not waste your moNet you can buy a google chrome laptop for almost this same price.... t This is TRASH!

Great tab slow but convenient I like this tab nice size

Again, as with my two previous online orders of this product (but a different color), product received was not what I ordered. The keyboard case received was as pictured - blue which was perfect. However, the tablet was again all black instead of having the ends/edges and back blue as pictured. A very big disappointment.

After a few weeks it would start taking a long time charging or didn't charge at all. Very slow also

I bought it and on my 2nd day of trying to get it ready for my son it just kept kicking me out and couldn’t use it. I was not please with this item.

Colors good chargers break easy other than that good tablet for an 8 yr old love the package

system didn't work correctly from the beginning. would not purchase again. keyboard broke with a few months. would not connect. garbage

I bought this since it was inexpensive and also had a keyboard. It worked okay at first, but now I can't reach the internet. I have reset my tablet several times, and it still doesn't connect. I should opted not to have a keyboard and gone with the same brand we bought previously. Oh well, lesson learned.

It was too slow for me / The volume wasn’t working well neither . The only good thing about this is how it was set up... the case it came with and the keyboard . That’s about it .

Charger wouldn't hardly plug in from the very start.

Sound is very low works when it wants has alot of issues and bugs definitely not worth the money

Nice tablet for the price. Works as advertised. It's not the fastest or fanciest but it works perfect for what we needed. Stand is pretty sturdy and I leave the magnetic attachment keyboard. You usually have to pay extra for this.

The tablet is very slow and only connects to certain WiFi’s. It also will not run most downloads and we end up having to just delete them. We have only been able to download 2 apps that fully work. I would return if I would have had longer that 2 weeks to decide.
