Nice for a 'my first tablet'

I ordered a magibta but i got some other color which is not at all a all a solid color. The sales person was some kinda way. Maybe he was nervous or unfamiliar with the ordering process. Can you let him know i got the wrong color. Perhaps this will help him do better.

BAD PRODUCT

Several times downloading and trying to use certain apps wasn’t successful. Wouldn’t recommend this item.

Touch screen stopped working in less than a month

I rather recommend a kindle fire even though it’s a little more expensive but you’ll save money on the long run

Not recommended due to poor screen resolution

The keyboard was fine, but the response time for the tablet to navigate was not too good. Was pretty slow. I wasn’t able to add my bank app due to the version wasn’t current enough and couldn’t update to current version.But mainly my dissatisfaction was due to the screen. Just couldn’t focus on it due to the resolution system it uses. Also no screen protector was available for this model.
