Charger and keyboard didn’t work. Got for my granddaughter for her birthday. So disappointed

It was way too slow but it was for my grandkid and gonna purchase a better one

It's good for my 6 month old but it moves slow. That's not because of multiple apps or any virus. It's protected so it has to be the device. Again it's a good first tablet for a baby!

This tablet is extremely slow. It’s small and it has low storage

Kids didn't like they couldn't have Instagram and the chargers break easily other than that good

Most of the keys came already broken when delivered. The tablet constantly shut off and then quit working all together after a couple of days. The tablet and keyboard are very poor quality. Also I ordered magenta case but received the paisley case. You can't use this tablet with family link. There is no way to update it either.

This tablet is a piece of garbage! I brought it to geek squad because I couldn’t get the WiFi connection to work, I wanted to return it but the geek squad woman talked me out of it and now I have a 4lbs, $85 paperweight! I know it’s a low line product but I figured it would at least give me you tube and Facebook! But I don’t get one single app!! And keeps saying “you tube isn’t responding! Or something isn’t responding!! I don’t drive so it is very difficult for me to get to the store again to return it! I bought it online! Why do you sell garbage? You shouldn’t sell garbage! I have thrown it in the trash can in my bedroom and number of times! I’m ready to throw it against the brick wall! What a piece of garbage!!!

I Bought This tablet for Me Grandchildren to Use , They Love How Easy it is To Use , They Range from 11-to8 in age and found it worked for school and Games !!! Will Buy another !!!

Very slow processing core and system to these tablets. Takes forever to charge as well and the battery life is horrible. My kids are using these for school and have to consistently charge them. Not happy at all.

I ordered this 12/8/2020 and the keypad quit working had it replaced and it stopped working again. I had it replaced again 1/27/21. I am very displeased with this product. I want a refund for this product.

I received this tablet on a Tuesday in the mail, and returned it to a Best Buy store the following Sunday. After set up it was always too slow and started to freeze up right away. This tablet is not a good fit for me. Never have returned an item to Best Buy because of poor performance before this tablet.

Has a really slow start up video quality is good it does what I need it to do

Good for small child due to unit runs really slow once up and ready it ok for what you pay.

Slow at start up. Slow at online entertainment, videos playback does not match actual audio playback. Great screen size. At the time of purchase. The COV19 pandemic was in full bloom. So gadget sales made it hard to find what u really wanted in the stores.

So slow to process any input and Google play store wouldn't download properly and as a chromebook that's unacceptable.

I received both in a timely manner! Arrived on my grandson’s birthday! Gift fail!! One wouldn’t charge or come on even! The other came on, but couldn’t download anything! I paid 205.00+ for them. Took them to Best Buy and was refunded 145.00!! They don’t refund for software. What software! Ugh, won’t do that again! Total waste of money!!
