Hasnt been running properly since i got it so im currently in the process of setting an appointment to see if it can be fixed and i just got it a little over a month ago

Not very happy with the visual land tablet grandkids only had 2 months, loses charge fast, charger doesn't stay in tablet right so you think it's charging but it's not

So I bought this tablet with the keyboard and noticed the L button on the keyboard didn't work so I took it back to exchange it. I had to wait another week for it to come in and after the first day the whole keyboard stopped working. The tablet itself wasnt bad but a on little slow.

This item broke within the first month. First it was the keyboard and then the camera and it doesn't hold a charge without being plugged in. I am so upset I spent my hard earned money on such a horrible product.

I got it for my daughter bday and the box was open but everything was it it after a few minutes the keyboard buttons started to come off now its missing 2 bottons

I bought this as a carry around tablet that could be separated from it's keyboard and could have Microsoft word added. Not only can I NOT put Microsoft word on it, but it is extremely slow in loading up and any applications put on it. Terrible tablet! Wish I could send it back!

I was excited about the computer, It was a nice size, easy key board , however it would not turn on a second time.

Great tablet for a 12 year old!! She just hates the quality of the camera and the resolution of the apps could be better, but great overall.

Bought it as an upgrade to a Samsung Tab. It has performed pretty good so far.

Had a problem setting up. Found wire was loose and had to buy a new one. Otherwise as a beginner good for game playing

Bought this for my mom she knew to using tablets and she loves it i checked it over good product for the money

It's just alright, bought for my daughter and she couldn't care less.. complains about the speed and it's hard to use

It was a great buy till I try to buy protection for it. We haven't even open the box yet and they are requesting for us to bring it to the store to do so. We are in a middle of a pandemic and the location that was provide is in another borough. Sad to know if you don't have enough money to purchase the insurance separately. This is the inconvenience you face.

I received a Prestige 10.1 tablet. It was a Magenta, but still was a nice looking case. Still happy with it. The sad part was the computer would not charge or turn on. Received a rga to return the product. Best buys did not have any in stock to replace the item. The reason for a poor breakdown was due to the unit would not work. plans to reorder another one

perfect for small space - easy start up - love the color!

It constantly freezes up and is extremely slow. The battery life is horrible. It's not what I ordered, it was a replacement because they no longer had the one I wanted. I do NOT recommend it!

I have had numerous tablets over the years and this is by far the worst I've ever had. From the specs it looked okay but it has caused nothing but trouble since I bought it and I wish I'd returned it right away. It has worked over all about 2 hours of total time since I purchased it. Never again! Very disappointed!

Works wonderfully as a tablet, but trying to get the keyboard work with the tablet, that is something else. But a good purchase.

I don't like it move to slow i don't have transportation to bring it back im stuck with it I'm done with it i have internet and it still move slow
