Problems with charger staying connected. Takes forever to auto connect to WiFi if ever. I usually have to connect manually. On start up it takes about 15 minutes to let you into the home screen. It's too bad because the rest of it is pretty nice. The important stuff really socks. :(

This device was very laggy and the material used for the case was not that good. The packaging was also missing the charger.

The instruction manule is not very desctiptive and does't have a page descriptive of all the functions and where to find them on them on the tablet itself.

Bought for my granddaughter, great 1st computer for her. Love the case and that it stands up so she can watch videos.

I love this tablet, I've never had a big tablet like this before.

Would not recommend this specific tablet. Had it for two days and it kept shutting down and couldnt keep more than one tab open without it freezing up. Then the actual buttons stopped working all within only 2 days of it being turned on.

Great gift for my little ones, simple to use and can't beat the price.

cord to plug keyboard to tablet broke on 1st day when my 24 yr old daughter was showing my 7 year old how to use it---also not solid magenta as pictured, also have to lean tablet against something-not self standing as pictured

not worth the money. It worked for 2 weeks and stopped working by the time i was going to send it back it was too late. Try another product.

I would give it zero stars because it was not at all what I ordered. I ordered Magenta and from the looks of the pictures online showing the product, it looks like a pink (Magenta) keyboard case and tablet which is why I ordered it - I wanted that color. Instead of what I ordered, the tablet itself was black and the keyboard case was paisley, a very wild and busy paisley. I couldn't handle that. I returned it and asked for this item to be ordered again - I am hoping and praying that i get the correct item ordered, all Magenta.

This tablet was a gift and it quit working not long after we bought it. Very dissappointed

Not good at all. The same day I received it, it was slow. Awful image. After a couple days, it can't be charged.Don't buy this product. It's a waste.

My grandson loves this tablet. It moves a little slow for me.

It’s thin and easily breakable, the button dnt work right and the screen is crazy at times. Charger part does not work so I can’t charge it anymore and the keyboard buttons are falling off

Tablet works ok. But the strap on the cover so that it can stand up broke the 2nd day! Was barley sewed together!

I hate this tablet! It will not hold a charge at ALL!! I have had it for almost 2 months and been in it a total of maybe 15mins!! I'm taking it back TODAY

I like the fact that the Visual Land-Prestige Elite 10QL-10.1-Tablet has a detachable keyboard. This was a Christmas/Birthday gift for my 11 year old grandson since his birthday was on Dec. 26th. He LOVED it and immediately texted me to let me know as soon as it arrived. Now he can do all of his virtual schooling and gaming. Very good price for the value.

I bought two of these tablets to serve my grandchildren while Distance Learning. It took a great amount of time loading security software. The amount of time it took for these tablets to respond to touch was extremely long and frustrating. They aren’t even good enough for basic children’s games let alone educational use.
