Best immersion blender on the market. Way easier to power on and stay on while blending than any other blender we've had. Blends everything with ease. Pricey? Maybe, but if you have a Vitamix big blender, you know the quality of bend the brand gives, and this one falls right in line the same way.

Happy Wife, Happy Life I love this product, major reason my wife happy with quality, I am happy because its very silent and not getting disturb due to noise. FYI, This is not 100% Steel product. Look at advertise photo, all black color stuff still kinda plastic.

Ok, I’ve never had a vitamix before but always heard great things. I don’t use the blender often so spending a ton on the original wasn’t in the cards. Also, my kitchen is TINY and I have zero counter space.I’m really glad I went with this. It does exactly what I need it to do. I’ve already made salsas and soups straight in the pot. It works to make refries beans from whole beans as well. I’ve even made smoothies with frozen fruit and it handled it with complete ease. This thing is powerful. The cons are that sometimes herbs that aren’t finely chopped get stuck on the bottom of the blade and it can be hard to clean (think whole cilantro wrapped tightly around it) and it can be a little heavy. So if you’ve got a mobility/disability it may be hard to use for extended periods of time. The good news is that this thing works fast, so you probably won’t have to be holding it for long. The silicone guard is one of the best features. It keeps your pans safe while using. A great alternative for people low on space who don’t want to shell out too much on a full size.

Heavy duty, works great,5 speeds to choose from. All stainless steel, should last a life time. Easy clean up, can use a wide mouth canning jar for your container.

A great product for making any meal preparation easier. We're very satisfied at home with the high quality of the hand blender. We can use it daily, with the same performance as the first day we bought it. Thank you, Vitamix 5, for being in our lives.

I love how well this immersion blender works. I like the different speeds and I like how easy it is to clean. The only thing that I have a little trouble with is the weight of the blender. Thankfully it blends quickly so it isn’t a huge problem for me.

I LOVE THIS IMMERSION BLENDER! I wish I got one sooner. I was stand offish by them because years ago I got a cheap one and it broke a few months after I got it. This one is amazing, it’s very high quality, it makes mayonnaise in seconds without having to slowly pour the oil, you can make a smoothie in a cup, it’s so easy to clean and use. I use it every single day. I use it to make pancake batter in the morning. I highly recommend this product.

Built like a tank, won't scratch pots and pans, and easy to use. Be warned- it's heavy!

Great product, easy to clean, comes with a whisk you can use for meringues. Quality is great. If you need an immerse blender buy this one.

Vitamix is a brand I trust for power and longevity. My old stainless steel 3600 blender, which was introduced in 1969, still makes great smoothies. I wanted the immersion blender to puree hot ingredients into cream soups and to whip eggs and make fluffy meringues. It was amazingly fast when I used it this week for cream of asparagus soup!

I really wasn't going to spend this much an immersion blender, especially since I already have a Vitamix--but I compared this to the others on the market and was sold. First of all, it's heavy and easy to hang onto with one hand. And it's fast. I barely touched a pot of tomato soup with it, and it transformed the soup into a creamy concoction. It's great when I'm in a hurry and don't want to get my Vitamix dirty. It's fast. It feels like a professional tool--because it is.

We've been using this for making soup since Christmas, when it was received as a gift. It is heavy and durable, easy to use, and quite powerful.

We love this immersion blender. We were on the edge of not getting it because of some online reviews but decided to bite the bullet and buy it because of our trust in the Vitamix brand. That was a great decision. The blender is very well made and has the same construction you would expect from a Vitamix product. At the lower speeds it is extremely quiet and once you get to the higher speeds the power is evident. Highly recommend.

Extremely powerful for a small unit, pleasantly surprised how heavy the motor is so I know it's well built. I like that the bottom plastic is integrated into the overall build and not a clip on cover, alleviates my concern for my non stick cookware.

I love this immerser and use it quite a bit. It is powerful and easy to clean up. I’ve used it for everything from sauces, shakes, soups, mashed potatoes, and purées. It works great and it’s easy to wash.
