Great product and quality the one improvement I’d make is a power button you don’t have to continually press but that will stay on independently. I have injuries in my hands and thumbs especially and it can get painful to hold button down for too long. Works great though. I love Vitamix products!

Hello Customer Service Staff, I bought Vitamix Immersion Blender at BestBuy on 05/01/2024 based on good reviews. OVERRATED! The heavy motor gets very hot at high speed, emitting a burning smell. Due to the Automatic Overload Protection feature, it stops working for nearly an hour. I didn't realize it would take more than 2 hours to puree baby food. I should have returned it to the store the next day. Since it’s been about 4 months since my purchase, it falls outside of Best Buy’s return window. I regretted the buying decision---NO, I wouldn't recommend this product!

Very well made, powerful, heavy-duty immersion mixer. This will now be a staple appliance in our kitchen. Love the look of it as well in stainless steel finish.

Excellent hand blender! Great quality build and materials. Very easy to attach and detach. Like the plastic bottom so it doesn’t scratch the pot.

Would've given 5 Stars, but the plastic is the deal-breaker. Silicon should've been the choice. Overall, it's more powerful than KitchenAid and Cuisinart, combined. Easy to clean, is a plus.

It's great for home use, but I needed a commercial one to make gallons. If your making quart size it's fine
