The staff and notification upon arrival of the product was great. I also love the fact that they carry upper end products . I highly recommend Vitamix and its purchase through Best Buy

When you turn it on and it starts blending blender turns it’s not docked properly tight. Not a tight fit. The smoothies blend very well though.

We only rarely were using it maybe once a week. It is a large investment to only have it work properly for about half a year. Better off buying a less expensive blender if it’s only going to break so soon.
