After so much research we decided to get this blender, and it has been the best blender we have ever had! My wife has been using the same blender at her job for 5 years and after so many smoothies we were convinced to finally break down and buy one. The price is a little high, but it is worth every penny!!

This is a beast of a machine! Absolutely no problems at all crushing ice or frozen fruit. Such a huge upgrade from my previous Ninja blender. Vitamin reputation proceeds. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and even bought the stainless steel container to go with it. Perfect combo and well worth every penny. If you blend often and need the extra power for frozen fruit or ice, pick this monster up!

Best blender I have had has the power built very good.they said it’s the best to get and I will say it is has done everything I need it to do.the push down stick makes it easy to get everything blended right

This thing is awesome! Much quieter than expected, blends just about anything. Only complaint is that the blades could have been shaped to create more of a vortex for thicker smoothies. Overall, it is worth the price.

I LOVE THIS BLENDER IT BLENDS SUPERBLY (SMOOTH) AND THE PROGRAMED SETTINGS WHAT A JOY TO JUST SET IT AND WALKAWAY. AND TO INCLUDE THAT IT IS NOT AS NOISEY AS MY 5200 (THIS IS ALSO A VEEEERY GOOD BLENDER.

Cannot go wrong with the power and speed of this amazing machine. Some might say its just a blender but it is more than a blender. Its a vitamix! Very durable and puree’s realy smooth with no clumps

Yes, the price tag is high. But more importantly, the build quality is the best you'll find. There's a reason this thing has a 7-10 year warranty. I use this primarily for my morning smoothies, consisting of heavy-hitting veggies like red cabbage and kale. Every single time, my smoothies now come out as smooth as you can dream, without a chunk of green or vegetable to be found. The included recipe book is HEFTY. It includes wonderful recipes for everything from smoothies to ice cream to soups, to sauces / marinades. I 100% recommend this to anyone who is serious with making smoothies, or a serious cook. Though from what I've read, most serious chefs already seem to own one.

Quite a blender, a little big, but a beast none the less

After my 1 year old black and decker blender died (the motor burnt out since it could not handle the load), I researched best blenders via Good Housekeeping reviews. Vitamix blenders are the leaders in the industry and top of the line. Although it is expensive, it is a worthy investment that will last for years. The motor has the power to blend through anything and create smooth results. I love the self clean capability - you fill the unit halfway with water and a drop of detergent, put the lid on, turn the machine to clean option, and within a couple minutes it is all clean! Only con is that the machine is rather loud, you will definitely wake up the household!

Great gift for mother. She uses it several times a week - powerful motor, never binds down. I have on myself, and i am impressed how long it has lasted.

I knew it would be a great machine but it exceeded my expectations. I had waited so long to buy one because of price but it is worth it. So easy to clean and blends to perfection with ease.

I can't tell you how much I love this blender. I thought about buying this for so long but put it off because it's pretty pricey. I'm so happy I got it. I use it so often! It has a ton of features and I make a lot of soups in it, as well as sauces and smoothies. It's smooth running and pretty quiet for a powerful blender. You can make a beautiful, hot tomato soup in minutes! And cleanup is super easy because you just put some water in the blender, one drop of dish soap, pop it on the stand use the Clean function. That's it! Rinse it and dry it - so easy! Highly recommend!

10 years ago, I would have said anybody spending this much for a blender was nuts. A couple of years ago I got the Nutribullet, and it was great except (1) it was a real pain to clean, and (2) if you overfilled it just a little bit too much, it would leak during blending and make a real mess. So this Vitamix is great. The settings are simple, cleanup is ridiculously easy. With a family of 4, we've used it several times a day to make smoothies and soups. One of my favorite appliances. For sure, it's an investment. But I think anyone who's a fan of blending with the Nutribullet will really appreciate the upgrade.

Best blender I have ever owned. It is easy to use and the quality of the blends, smoothies, salsas,are al great.

I can't believe I paid this much for a blender, but it isn't like any blender that I've ever had before. I've never had smoothies at home that have been so smooth and creamy. And you can make soup in this! And it comes out hot and ready to eat! Crazy! I love the cleaning mode too. It makes cleaning the blender super easy. Would DEFINITELY buy again!

My mom has always wanted a nice blender but never could get one. I ended up buying her this one and she loves it. Does everything she wanted. Smoothies and salsas. She does love so im pretty sure its recommendable.

Mexican wife, home made mexican food, large blender for a large family gathering. Salsa made in this is smooth, no clumps. Of course this is also good for the morning protein smoothie.

I bought the Vitamix Professional Series 64-oz. blender for our home. We use our Vitamix daily to make fruit and vegetable smoothies. They come out so smooth. My husband even uses uncooked kale, stems and all, in his and the Vitamix still breaks it down. I’ve pureed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower to make soups. We love it. I haven’t tried this yet, but I was surprised to see that you could also make pizza dough. And ice cream.

It’s a really great blender, really strong and my mom loves it.
