Glitchy with a hint of Unsaved content

I have another camera that I use at my hands but this camera I wanted to ideally fill the ceremony with without having to worry about recording and holding the camera. Well come to find out, I am editing my footage, and I cannot find my footage of the ceremony. Even during the day filming, it was really hard to read my SD cards, and I was very unsure how this would work. The camera even showed itself recording so I don’t know where this footage is but this is specifically what this couple paid me for and I would not buy this piece for any content creating.

Apparent defective from factory. Customer care inexistent when I was trying to compare different camcorders. No employees to help customers

The video does not go to 4k, its only in 1080 and not really good quality.
