Low price 8k camera is low quality

This new camera has zero options for focusing (not to be confused with the zoom function) so anything in the foreground is just a blurry disappointment. The main reason I bought this was because it has an Audio-In port for plugging in an external microphone. When receiving with a microphone plugged in the camera will record no audio at all, no matter what permutation of cords, mic settings or audio options in the menu settings I choose. I'm onboard mic is off poor quality at best and any sound recorded is just fuzzy and muted. All in all I now know why it was being sold for the price it was and I'll be returning it to the store in a few days for a full refund. Best to stick with name brand electronics. There's a reason they're name brand.

Dvr8k will take video outside

I tried to adjust the white balance an had the same results. I call the Vitiar help line explained the problem. They informed me that the camera only worked indoors. Ever though the description of the camera states “From sweeping landscapes to intimate moments, every video you capture will be nothing short of spectacular.” I hope all of your landscapes are inside if you want to use this camera.
