Great for a beginning Videographer

Horrible Return Policy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mu issue is not so much with the camera, rather, the return policy of Best Buy. I opened the camera just to check the size, feel, etc. Never used it and decided that i wanted to upgrade to something bigger as I was looking for something to compliment photos for sporting events. I must have overlooked the 15-Day policy as i never knew the return time for Best Buy was so short. So to my surprise when attempting to return, i should say exchange because my intention was to apply this as credit towards something more expensive, that I was refused a return because the box was “open”. After a call with customer service they suggested trading it in or asking a manager for assistance etc…which we did.anyway,…im sure the canera is fine…but best buys return/exchange policy sucks. Now im stuck with a product i probably will never use after owning it for only 20 days.
