Not happy at all!!

First the remote never turns off and burns batteries frequently. Second, the bar often fails to turn on with the TV and “freezes”, which can only be fixed by unplugging directly from the wall to reset. Then it works fine for the rest of the day, until the following morning usually. Spend the extra money and buy quality.

Good with patience once turned on

Have to go through input options back to optical to get it to work even if on it already. Once on and tv finds it, it works great! Just have to have patience.

Open box described as excellent/blown subwoofer

1st one good, 2nd one not so much

Really liked the 1st one, so thought I'd get another for my daughter. Unfortunately this one sounds terrible. Very tinny and no bass. Had to return. So 50/50 if it's good or not. When it works, it's great for the sale price

First off, some robot announces loudly every time it’s turned on whether or not the subwoofer is connected; very annoying. Also, I have had numerous issues with the sound changing out of control and remote controls not working properly. Finally, the bass and subwoofer far outweigh the soundbar so sound levels need to be high to hear movie dialogue, but it ends up too high when the action explodes

Returned - DOA

I’ve set up many sound systems in my life and this one was extremely difficult. It should have been easy with it being paired with a Visio M-series through the ARC HDMI; however, it was far from it. It absolutely would not recognize the main speaker. The TV and Sub speakers worked fine but the main not a drop of sound. I finally ran a speaker test and the main did not fire so it must have been DOA. So I brought back.

I’m having issues with the volume, when I try to turn the volume up or down, it will not work. On the remote, it shows everything I’m clicking and it’s not the batteries.

Worst Soundbar I’ve Ever Owned

The lows, mids, and highs all middle together clumsily and despite my tinkering with the settings it sounded like I was listening to anything I played through a brick wall. Not to mention the booming voice that announces every setting change (which, granted, can be turned off, but why even HAVE that?). I seriously do not recommend this soundbar.

Was great until it died after 15 months

It was a huge upgrade from my tv's audio, until it DIED. That's right, only a little over a year after I opened the box, this soundbar just stopped working completely. What a piece of crap, exclusively because of the build quality! This makes me really hesitate to buy any visio product.

Connect when off
