I got this as a gift, it worked good for about 3 days then started making this clicking noise when it was off or on. I called tech support and they had me reset it which didnt resolve it. I plan on exchanging it for the same one or maybe a slightly better one and hope the clicking doesnt come back

Works well for its price range. I wonder how long it will last though?

Probably should just buy your neighbors a speaker.

Do NOT buy if you live in an apartment building or any building that has somewhat close neighbors. We have neighbors CONSTANTLY accidentally hacking into our speaker. Here I am, just drinking my wine trying to watch the Monday night Bachelor episode & I hear “connected”..... like hello, I was already connected what is this. Now I’m listening to my neighbors kid playing an iPad game “beep beep blooooop”. Or middle of the night while we are asleep & “connected” & now my other neighbors rap music is playing LOUD. No joke. No exaggeration. I had to contact my neighbors that I did not know to please stop connecting to our speaker. We contacted Vizio directly & they said “there is no fix to this.” HOW COULD THEY MAKE THIS MISTAKE. I’m sorry. But I can’t give a more honest review. —speaker quality is good. —device looks sleek. —NOT WORTH IT.

Hello Samantha, VIZIO takes pride in our award-winning customer service and tech support policies and procedures. We’re extremely sorry that you were misinformed and would love the opportunity to make this right with you. There are two ways that someone else might be able to play content on to your sound bar. The first way would be through Bluetooth. The sound bar would need to be put in the Bluetooth pairing mode and then a device that is in range would be able to connect and play its audio through the sound bar. Keeping your sound bar off of the Bluetooth input would make it so it's not possible for someone else to use it. The second way would be through Casting. This is the most likely situation based on the info in your review. For Casting to happen your sound bar must be attached to a wifi network. Another device, like a phone or tablet usually, is then connected to the same wifi network that your sound bar is using and the content can then be played through your sound bar. To keep this from happening you can either factory reset your sound bar to disconnect it from your wifi, or you can make sure that your wifi network is secured with a password that your neighbors do not know. Without being able to connect to your wifi network that sound bar is on, they also will not be able to change any settings or inputs back over to Bluetooth. VIZIO

    Pathetic soundbar

It's only good for music, if you are watching a show or a movie you will barely hear the dialogues. It amplifies the background sound so much that words are muffled. I have tried every possible setting.
