The site listed it in excellent condition. When it arrived, one of the speakers was blown. Online customer support was horrible. One rep asked me to wait a few mins then closed the chat without resolving my issue. I was bounced around a few more times until a rep suggested that I bring it into a store and try to get a replacement. None in my area had this item. I ended up spending $30 in ridshare fees and hours of my time to return it at a loss. I won't be buying from Best Buy again online. I'd recommend buying from a site that's better at quality control and returns

When looking for a 2.1 sound bar with an internal subwoofer and ARC connection, check out our V21d-J8. Alternatively you could also check out our V21x-J8 that comes with an external wireless subwoofer with an eARC connection as well. I plugged it up and it worked for about 2 weeks, the second one stopped working about 1 month after receiving it.

Short Life

No support except what you find on internet. Firmware appears as NULL. Unplugging then replugged worked but now it only stays on briefly. Where do I take it for recycling?
