The sub lacks volume control and there's no remote which doesn't mean as much using ARC. All in all I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The bass is dirty if you try to turn the sub up too much, the older models had great bass. This one also only connects via HDMI and no remote which I didn’t realize till we got home but not that big of a deal.

Sound quality is perfect and the woofer is not too much. But you can turn things up, I just haven't played around with equalizer settings yet. Great bang for your bucks!
