The two star is due to no optical input. My main purposes is to listen to music via my phone or on Youtube through my television. Not having an optical cable did not allow me to do certain things.

It’s solid for the price, my only complaint is that no matter what setting, the dialogue is a little weak.

Fast and ez setup, just no dedicated remote and you have to use app for equalizer

Great sound and easy setup. Sometimes the Subwoofer loses connection with the sound bar but overall, well worth the money.

I brought this last year and about 3 weeks ago it stopped working. I called Vizio and they tried everything to help me to reset it and resolve the problem. Long story short i was able to send it back for a full refund. It worked great and the sound was good too. But it didn’t last long.

Stunned how good this set-up is. Just go get one for yourself and find out.

If Im watching a movie the, background music is amplified but it overpowers when the people talk so cannot hear it at times.

This item was purchased three different times in the month of June 2025 on sale. It was purchased online once for home delivery and twice for instore pickup. Each time I recieved this Vizio 2.1 Soundbar it was an open-box item. When it was purchased no where in the product description was it described as an open-box item or purchase.

This sound system is great! There is an option to raise the volume of the dialogue which is a must.

Love it. Easy to connect great sound and makes family movie night fun definitely recommend

I got this sound bar to upgrade what I already have since its old and has some sound issues. The Vizio 2.0 sound bar was a complete disappointment. I had a hard making it connect to my tv as no sound came out no matter what settings I did. Finally when sound did come out, I had to turn it up so much to hear it. The bass was too heavy and I couldnt use the remote to turn it off. I even tried using the power button but it stayed on. I’m getting my money back!

Thisndevice onlynhas one hdmi and one usb that is only for firmware. Im not able tonhook it up with my PS5 which is a big reason whyni got it

This review is not about the product but about Best Buy. Their customer service is run over seas and it is very difficult to understand when they talk. There conversations are all scripted which makes it that much more confusing. When u call a direct store they are all routed to another country. I think it is very disappointing that Best Buy is choosing to go overseas instead of hiring the millions who are unemployed and who need jobs. The experience I just went through that lasted almost 3 weeks was the worst. Makes me rethink purchasing anything from this store again.

This is an okay sound bar. Works with a newer Vizio TV good, which is the only benefit. I bought it a couple of months back and it worked good until it didn't. Stop working with no warning. Had to return it got my money back. Make sure you get the extra insurance if you buy this like I did.
