We needed a smaller smart TV for a travel trailer and this fit our needs perfectly. Space concerns are important when selecting a TV and bigger is not always better. Features are important and this has all the needed connectivity options and the USB port and firmware on this model allows you to watch movies after plugging in a flash drive. The Wi-Fi works great and the remote functions well. Great value, quality, and price. Because of the smaller size, be sure if you mount this to a wall that the backing plate of your mount doesn't block the input outlets on the back of the TV. Buy the appropriate size mount or use a hack saw as I did to trim the mount's attachment plate to leave the inputs on the TV uncovered. This would be an issue anyone using a smaller TV must consider, not just this model.

It has a great picture but a sound is a little week. Great TV but a sound bar makes a world of difference.

I needed a new tv for small bedroom. This was the perfect size. The picture is very good . I wasn't looking for a smart tv but my husband said I should get one so our daughter could watch you tube when she wanted without using her laptop. I was surprised to find this size tv with these features.

I bought the 32" TV exclusively for streaming of Netflix, Amazon, Plex etc... Both keep buffering and sometimes won't connect. I purchased at the same time a smaller 24" and it does the same thing..I had a Samsung in same spot. (no prob's) and switched it out for Vizio. Other than that decent tv's...... Now I need to buy another smaller one for the bedroom.. I checked "no" to recommending this to a friend, do to the main reason for purchase.

Bought this as a gift for my dad to use as a computer screen and he loves it. No complaints.

The picture quality is excellent. If you already have multiple devices on your home wifi, I would recommend using the the ethernet jack for a direct connection to your router or modem. If you have an Amazon prime account,Netflix, or Hulu, than this Smart TV is a good choice.

The picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and setup went smooth without a hitch!

Purchased this tv for my kids room for Christmas. Works as expected, no issues so far.

This TV was purchased as a secondary TV. The quality of the picture is excellent and the features were easy to set-up using the remote control. It is serving very well for the purpose it was purchased. I am very pleased with it, and would heartily recommend it to anyone.

It was a great buy and works well for my use In my moter home ease of use and size were important to me as well as being able to use hot spot to be able to get channels wherever and whenever I might find myself. I would recommend and buy another if I need one

Great picture and clarity. Easy to use menus. Decent sound volume when using the internal speakers. One negative is that sometimes when switching between apps you have to turn the TV off and on for the app to work properly. My only complaint isn't against the TV but while at the store I asked the salesman if I could cast from my phone and tablet without another device connected (like Google Chromecast) and he said yes. Just to be safe I asked the person helping me at checkout the same question and the second person also said yes. After getting it home and all hooked up, guess what? You cannot cast without an external device connected. This was confirmed by Visio customer service who informed me that the feature I was looking for is called Smartcast and those TVs are more expensive. I connected a Google Chromecast to it and it works seamlessly. Good TV for the price point but Best Buy needs to train their "experts" better.

The clarity of the picture is terrific. Having a smart TV is wonderful. Netflix is great and allows me to stream.

I bought this TV to replace old old old table top model in my home office. Fits nicely in small space. Picture vivid and clear. Love Smart TV function. Highly recommend.
