I was on the phone with Vizio tech support for an hour and ended up returning the TV. Best Buy found problem. Still not happy with purchase, Cannot always adjust volume and must turn TV off and on again to be able to adjust.

Setup can be a n nightmare

Remote issues: at one point TV wold not turn off. It had to be unplugged! Not connected to an antenna or cable source, but when it finally works in streaming mode, it works fine. Just a PITA to get that far. I would recommend as long as it is understood to require some patience and certain skills.

The biggest disappointment was due to our not doing proper research. We have Spectrum and use this tv with a Roku device. We didn't know that Spectrum doesn't support Vizio. This means that on/off and volume control can only be accessed via the tv's remote and not the Roku remote control.

Runs well off my internet through my cellphone provider. The only thing is I cant download the Direct TV app. Not a deal breaker, but wish it was available. Got a great price for it too.
