I bought this system mostly because it said it features Dolby Atmos technology. I am not sure how Vizio got away with making that claim, because although there may be “upward-firing drivers,” they make no perceivable difference. Not only that, but the app you’re required to use as a remote for the system is complete buggy garbage. The subwoofer is very powerful, though.

The picture quality is very good & the Vizio soundbar is amazing, at least compared to the stock set up. However as someone who grew up long before the age of smart phones, I found it difficult to set up the television. The E=manual included in the software should be interactive which would allow a Luddite like me to navigatethe system easier. Likewise the owner's manual was only marginally helpful. But perhaps the most distressing item was the smart remote. Only by trial and error was I able to figure out how to pause, rewind and fast forward a movie. Great service at the store, but Samsung needs to work on instructions

So I bought this specifically because of the ARC pass through for Dolby Atmos function. The pass through doesn't work though. You're supposed to be able to run a single cable into the soundbar and a single cable out into the TV and be done but that doesn't work with this one. At least not through the movie apps on an Xbox One. It just flickers a lot. I got the new HDMI cables and everything. It sounds good though, if you're willing to run it as just a sound bar.

If you are limited on space, this is a great product as it gives you Dolby Atmos sound, but in a compact form.

The sound quality is good, but the sound bar disconnects once a day.

The sound bar sounds great the sub has a lot of bass. Cant really tune the system with individual settings as far as an equalizer.

Bought when it was on sale. Makes movies pop. I wouldnt pay full price, but for the $250 it was a nice buy. Outstanding quality sound for movies. I wouldnt use for music via BT or anything. That's just OK. I didnt buy it for that though I tested it. For its primary use, it's excellent!

There is this very annoying crackling/popping sound that begun about a week after usage. I've tried different HDMI cables, a Factory Reset, unplugged the subwoofer, unplugged the sound bar and several off/on attempts. When it works, it produces great sound but this really annoying crackling sound is why I will be returning it. I may exchange it for another one since it may be a defect, but if it isn't I will update.

Good clear sound! Great for watching movies, gives you an in-theater feel. Not exceptional for playing music, but good sounding.

The addition of the center speaker makes all the difference. I was so tired of always having to adjust the volume multiple times while watching a single movie because of the dialogue being to quiet and then explosions and etc. being to loud. This is alleviated due to the center speaker solely handling most dialogue.

This soundbar system is the best way to experience Dolby Atmos on a budget! It doesn't come with satellite speakers but the soundbar itself does an excellent job of emulating that surround sound feel. The subwoofer has phenomenal bass and always creates a great environment for watching movies!

Sounds great especially when Dolby Atmos is running. Sub fits right underneath the couch and stays hidden.

Compared to preview soundbars I've owned this one is by far better. Having a dedicated center speaker next conversations must clear. The bass of the sub really packs a punch. The main drawback is the clunky app which is needed to fine tune the soundbar. It'd probably be better if I had a Vizio TV, but it works well enough with my Sony.

Bought this to pair with a Vizio TV. The setup was a bit flaky, had to find the right settings to make it power on/off with the TV, but since then, it's been great. Clear sound, fills the room well, and the sub does a much better job than its size would suggest.

Love the sound, but for some reason it would no detect thru my Samsung TV.

Great little sound bar, powerful for my size room.
