      Thanks for your purchase and feedback on the all-new VIZIO SmartCast™ E32-D1. We recently made changes to the product setup experience in order to make it easier and more intuitive. VIZIO SmartCast™ products are controlled using an application instead of a traditional remote. This means that any VIZIO SmartCast™ device can be controlled using most smartphones and tablets. We realize this is brand new technology and it takes some time to get used to it and hope you consider VIZIO again in the future. The fact that you only have one smart device is perfectly okay since you are able to set up multiple displays on one smart device, giving you the freedom to control all of them from anywhere in your home. There are many picture adjustments that can be made in the Menu, accessed from your paired smartphone or tablet with the VIZIO SmartCast™ app, to affect this.
