    The Smart OS was terrible. You must use your tablet/Smart Phone to add additional Apps and mirror to the TV.

      Hello Wyzeguy, There is a limited number of applications built into the SmartCast screen. We are continually evaluating new applications for addition to the SmartCast screen. In the meantime, you can cast any Chromecast enabled applications to the television from your mobile device. VIZIO

    Picture a little dark. No real complaints but not picture not as crisp as our Samsungs.

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.     The pictures quality is ok, but it sad that I couldn't get Xfinity app because it didn't support it.

      Hello Rovkyy, The SmartCast input does have limited applications installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network. VIZIO

    I have had to factory reset this crappy tv numerous times and I’ve only owned it since August. It’s constantly not working with the apps . It also likes to shut itself off when you click on an app. Good thing I purchased a 5 year warranty. I’m gonna need it !!! But hey. Positive note : the picture clarity is still great after 7 months !

      Hello jojo, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that your source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture settings that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room, try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room, try Calibrated Dark. VIZIO
