Posted .Hello BossLady55, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

Problems with sound

I sent back a Verizon set-top box because I thought it was the problem. It was not. The TV does the same thing with the new box. We do not have it hooked up to a sound bar.

Does not always turn on

Unplugging it and plugging it back in solves the problem. Clearly a defect. This started about 15 months after I bought it.

One star better than junk

Picture quality is fine but UI floats between slow and unresponsive. Hulu+ lags and disconnects on this but runs fine on any other device in the same room.

These setting are used to create an enhance sound experience but some users prefer the sound with these settings off. New is not improved
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After my 2010 Vizio XVT323SV 1080p the quality is less, the Xfinity Guide is blurry, while the picture is not, only 2 HDMI ports vs. 4, & no bluetooth. As a 32" TV I would only recommend this over the TCL 1080p, which I returned for the Vizio 1080p.

Great Res./Pic

Doesn't happen all the time which makes me think its the WIFI connection. Never had this issue with any other smart TV.

not the best

TV freezes or goes back to the main menu on its own.

Picture not great.

Looked like light color was faded. There was no vivid color and this was a 1080. The Samsung has way better picture even at 720.

Bought for the RV.

Because it doesn't have power all the time, it loses everything. Have reset it every time and takes about 45 minutes to get it back on line. Not recommended for this application.

Low cost/low quality

Poor quality

Called Vizio customer support and they verified after making me take the TV to another room even though I plugged in different TVs to the same outlet with success. While plugging back in to the original outlet the TV screen broke leaving me with no TV after only 45 days. Never buy a Vizio.

Horrible smart cast software

I cannot recommend this tv to anybody, all the "smart" Features in it are laggy and do not work. Tried contacting manufacturer to claim warranty and they said its a software issue and i just need to wait for future updates to (vizio smart cast). Ive had the tv for 9 months and its still as bad as the day i bought it. Horrible product DONT SHOP VIZIO.

Extremely poor quality

It had a one year warranty. It died November, 2020. After two calls to Vizio, we are out of luck. Yes, it died outside of the warranty period but I do expect a product to last longer than this one did. Vizio did nothing but quote the warranty. Run, don’t walk away from Vizio. My next purchase will be Samsung.

Chromecast
