AWESOME 32" VIZIO TV - GREAT PRICE!

The sound quality at 10 Watts is crisp and clear. The streaming apps and the Free 100 channels compliment a great product. Everything works great. No problems of any kind. The setup procedure downloads and upgrades the TV before you are ready to start using it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this TV. It can do everything and the start and shutdown is really fast. I love it.

Limited functionality and staff

I went in specifically looking for 1080p and I told the Best Buy employee that I stream Direct TV Now and asked if I could do that through the TV directly and was told yes. It is not so. I called Vizio to set everything up for the remote and the control for my phone. They have dozens of platforms available... including Direct TV, but not Direct TV now which makes no sense at all. And the very condescending sounding rep at Vizio customer service sounded like Paris Hilton's talking double. I was furious. So now I have a Roku for a top of the line TV. It works well, though I can't speak to the chromecast it comes with because I can't use it, but other than that its decent.
