After a week of having it the screen went black but the power was working just no picture. I'm now on the second TV of the same kind. No problem yet but this will be the last vizio I buy if this one has the same problem. Overall picture is good and decent price.

Sound has to be at 28-30. The inexpensive TV that was replaced had much stronger - but less quality - than this one. I wish I had popped the additional 50 Dollars for the Samsung.

Posted .Hello KernersvilleJohn, Thank you for your feedback. There are a couple of setting for audio that might help make listening a little more enjoyable if you turn off the Surround Sound and Volume leveling functions. Some users prefer these setting off for a more direct audio experience.

These features lived up to our expectations. However we just could not adjust the picture to our liking. For the price point it’s a good tv. I give this tv 3 stars because it does what it describes, but we ultimately chose another brand .

Posted .Hello Shorner4, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.
