Well for $178, Shurley you can't go wrong. I mean it's 1080 and it's a smart TV. With all the apps, I can't complain. The sound though is something else to be said half the time.

Product is decent for its price, The apps freeze the tv at times and I have to pull the plug to reset. Other than that good for entry level set

The size is perfect for my bedroom, but it is so slow to update and when the applications do work, it is a pretty terrible TV. Sound, picture, I am bummed I chose this TV.

Initially I had a hard time setting up alexa but realized my husband started the process and quit . I reset the tv and did the steps again. Worked perfectly. Tv works with alexa . Color is nice. Many functions. It's a nice tv so far.

Because of the size of my cabinet, I am limited to a tv up to 32” and my choices are few. This was the only one available that was 1080p and a refresh rate of 120. I am very happy with this TV, but not happy it is a google product.

First one lost picture after an hour of setting it up. Carried back to the store and exchanged it with no issues. It was a little disappointing to have gone they the whole step up process only to have to go thru it again.

I am very pleased with my new TV. My concern now is how long the TV will last. My previous Samsung only lasted 3 years and could not be repaired. My older TV prior to the Samsung TV lasted 25 years and could be repaired.

Purchased just to have outside as a smart TV. Easy setup and extra features. Not the fastest for viewing streaming products but works well outside with YouTube TV

It is a bare bones unit used to watch DVD/BluRay/Roku streaming. It does fine and the price was good. Nothing wrong with it, but it is not special or outstanding in any way.

I never intended to buy this generation of tv. I was fine with the older type since there was a video input this one lacks. Very disappointing. I've got a lot of shows I used to record on a disc I can't anymore. It seems every year we're paying more and more for stuff we used to get for free back then. I do like Sony's Crackle, but it doesn't connect all the time. Pluto tv seems to have infrequent digital issues, the screen keeps freezing. Maybe that's why it's free... for now.

Perfect kitchen or. Bathroom TV. 1080p makes it look 4k, on a screen of this size. Only beef. Is that the audio is crappy, when turned up past about 3/4. It distorts badly at mid frequencies. Still, a good value.

Just what I wanted - simple, easy to use - and my sales rep was wonderful - did not try to push me into something fancier or more expensive. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Best Buy is always my go-to for all my electronics

the tv works well, but we bought it, in part, because it advertised that it would work with our Echo products. the app that you need to download to make it work is useless, so we are not able to use the Echo device.

I purchased this video for my son as a Christmas present so it hasn't been used yet but I have a Vizio 40 in my bedroom Smart TV and I've been loving it ever since playing on a new smart TV in the near future for my living room

This brand has changed in quality over the years. It plays a nice picture but freezes when you try to stream movies.

The TV itself is of a high quality, and totally worth the cost which was a bargain and we could not have asked for a better quality screen...The remote we have to use by Xfinity is more concerned with form than function.

The TV has a small remote and the buttons are tiny. I hope the remote lasts. I would have like a larger remote. I need to learn how to operate the instructions on the TV. There was no book guide or pamphlet guide.

Got this Smart TV for my granddaughter in another state. My local Best Buy salesperson was so helpful and made it Extra Easy for me to purchase locally for pickup in other state. My granddaughter loves the TV!

Best buy is my go to for most of my electronic needs. Last few TVs I've gotten from here. No problems or anything and if I did the warranties are good. Great store. Once I'm ready to upgrade I'll be back!
