Sometimes it doesn’t want to turn off and we have to unplug it and now it it having moments where we will have sound but no picture. It is only turned on for a couple of hours a day, maybe, as it’s in our bedroom and we watch tv in bed but use a sleep timer to shut it off.

Vizio TV - Don't waste your money!

July 2019 and I'm just throwing in the towel. I can't use most of the channels I have on it even if they are loaded by Vizio. Even smartcast has been very poor... I will NEVER buy a Vizio again, plus I will tell everyone I talk with about how horrible Vizio TV's are... I have cat5 wired into my house and I lost internet on the Vizio regularly. The router was less then 8 feet from the Visio TV all the time, while we had at least 3 laptops working just fine and a TV downstairs (Samsung) that all worked perfectly. This was a waste of money and customer service at Vizio was awful. No help what so ever. What a waste of $200 for this TV... DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Posted .Hello vivi, this television does not have an Xfinity application built in. There is a limited number of applications built into the SmartCast screen. We are continually evaluating new applications for addition to the SmartCast screen. In the meantime, you can cast any Chromecast enabled applications to the television from your mobile device.
Nice Picture and quality but...

You have what it comes loaded with. Due to this, we are debating returning it. It is a nice TV otherwise, if you are not interested in loading apps to it.

As long as your TV is connected to the internet these updates will come to you automatically. In the mean time this TV will allow you to access hundreds of Chromecast enabled applications and cast them to your TV.
