    Picture and sound quality is excellent! Excellent features! The remote isn't compatible with the fios remote. Too many steps to turn the television on with the remote.

    vizio visually to watch on is great. but the app screen is a mess. no editing to make it easier to use for your favorite apps. the remote to tv lags a few seconds its very noticeable. the remote has too much going on for the use of it.

    The quality of the picture is great, however, the chromecast is junk, and very slow even with a very fast hard wired LAN connection, and the remote is too small and dark, should be bigger and lighted. I'll recommend for the picture but, not the rest.

    It's a very good to in terms if picture and sound. If you use different inputs, it can be a little tricky getting the remote to settle on the one you want. The sound has dropped a couple times, but unplugging for 20 seconds is usually enough to reset.

    WiFi smart cast offers easy access to netflix, hulu and amazon prime if you have accounts with them. Response is a little slow. Picture preferences offer several views. The remote is horrible. It is cheaply made and one of the worst I've ever used. Feels flimsy and overly sensitive, hard to navigate and to use keyboard. Entering my account information for subscription services like netflix took many frustrating attempts because of the poor quality remote. Other than the remote, the picture quality is excellent.

    Pros: TV is wonderful - great picture, easy to set up. Cons: Cheapest remote I've ever seen - too lightweight and the tiniest buttons I've ever seen on ANYTHING. And seriously, how cheap does a company have to be to not put a paper Users Guide in with the TV? I would not recommend to anyone.

    Television has a good, clear, crisp, picture. Easy set up, and easy to handle. Remote is a bit convoluted (especially for shut off time), and it would be handy to have it backlit. Non-remote function buttons are located in a precarious position on the rear of the TV, that could be difficult to find if TV is located towards a wall.

    The worst tv I have ever purchased. First its so slow it will make you feel like you in the 80's of technology. Second it's remote is the worst working you almost have to put it up to the tv to get it to work. Finally the picture is not the greatest.

    Nice bargain TV for small room/office. The "smart" TV itself is a bit slow... Remote is kinda flimsy. TV does have a nice 1080 picture. Minimal inputs. Good for enjoying TV in a small room/office.

    For $200 I expected more. The first day, I wanted to watch Netflix, but the remote would not click on my name but the menu and settings button worked, had to turn TV off and back on. Next day, it buffered for about 30 min, I could not exit, back out, anything. Had to turn tv off and on again. Returning!!!!

    Good Price, but be aware...

    The price for this TV is okay, but we found a couple things we did not like: 1) The remote response was very slow. At first, we thought it was our wi-fi connection, but a later purchase of a different brand proved that was not the case. The remote also has a very flimsy feel. 2) You cannot download any apps to this TV. It comes preloaded with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and a lot more apps which will keep most users satisfied. However, it does not have Sling or Fubo. As time goes on, there will probably be new apps on the market. You won't be able to enjoy them. This is apparently the case with all Vizio models. What made this more annoying was that I spent 30 minutes on chat thru BBY's website with a tech rep insisting I just needed to go to the App menu and search for the app store icon. There is no app store, because this brand does not allow you add apps. So this TV is okay if you are sure you'll never want to add any other app. Given how fast technology changes, that could be frustrating.

We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network.     This Vizio is a good little tv. It has good color and sound. The Vizio free tv input is an added feature that is nice. The set up was easy. The worst part of this purchase is the remote. It is weak ,small and may take severial times repeating inputs to take effect even at short distance from tv. The Vizio TV remote app works a lot better on my phone.

    Bought the TV back in early November during a sale and the only complaint that I had was that the remote would randomly stop working. Contacted Vizio and they emailed me back the next day with a possible solution. I did what they asked in the Email and IT WORKED! Great customer service! The software is a little sluggish but nothing I cannot deal with. Haven't been able to figure out how to connect with my Alexa yet. The picture quality is great and I use the analog audio output for external speakers.

    doesn't work out of the box

    We purchased this tv for our daughter for her college dorm room. after giving it to her, we wanted to show it to her and see the really nice picture it had. Well, so much for that. We got it out of the box, plugged it in. It started the setup and got to the first screen where it asks what language. We couldn't get the tv to do anything. changed batteries in the remote, held the remote inches from the tv sensor, still nothing. We looked up online to see what trouble shooting we could do. turned it off and on by the switch on the back of the tv., unplugged the tv and held the power switch down for 15 seconds, took the batteries out of the remote and pushed all of the buttons. put everything back together and tried it again, still nothing!! We called the 1-877 number on the back of the remote, the woman had us do all the things we already did, still nothing. There is supposed to be a light on the remote when you push a button, guess what- no light. so at the minimum the remote is dead, This tv is going back and we are getting the Samsung we were looking at. What a waste of time and a big disappointment for our daughter. GREAT GIFT!!!!! thank god we wanted to test it before our daughter went to college.

    Got this tv for our bedroom. It's not to bad for the price. I like that it is preloaded with apps like Netflix and Hulu. I am not a huge fan of the remote. Buttons are small, and it has a lot of app buttons that will never get used. A couple of the apps I have never heard of. But the picture is clear and it is a smart tv which is what I wanted.
