    Picture went out less than 1 month of owning. Sometimes the screen is black....sometimes it has a few lines going through it. I went into the store and asked customer service what could be done. I was hopeful they would exchange it for me since it wasn't that old. They told me I had to pay a fee to have the set repaired unless I purchased the Geek Squad protection and that the 1 year manufacturer's warranty most likely won't cover the complete repair. Thankfully the set wasn't that expensive but I have better things to spend my $200 on.

    I hate this tv!!!

    I bought this "smart" tv to replace ours in the bedroom that we just had a chromecast hooked up to. I lay in bed and watch Netflix everynight. Netflix takes FOREVER to load. And we have a small home with our top of the line router right on the other side of the wall, and fantastic internet. Everything else in the house is super fast. I hate, hate, hate this tv. Did I mention how much I dislike this tv?!
