It was all about the two issues: 1. The remote's difficulty of use. 2. Had to scan for off-air channels every time it was turned on. She want off air channels and got really frustrated. This tv remembers off air channels. Wish the new remote had buttons to call up channels and if it did, as pictured on the box, would have gotten 5 stars.

Great Price, Great Video

Paired quickly with my older Vizio sound bar. Decent set of features for the price. The screws (or the holes) to attach the feet didn't fit well. I almost stripped two screws getting the unit assembled (so, no 5 stars). I'd buy it again.
