Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I purchased the TV for my mother, who lives in a independent living facility. TV received was as described by Best Buy staff member. I needed the largest TV that would fit in a seemingly small area. It was perfect.

The process to purchase this was simple and easy. I purchased this TV on the Best Buy website and I used my Best Buy Card. Great product and professional service from Best Buy.

Great looking television

Managed to get one that didnt have any problems and its been running great for a couple months of steady use. Sound leveling could be a little better between music and speech but otherwise fantastic.
