I love this tv. Managed to get one that didnt have any problems and its been running great for a couple months of steady use. Sound leveling could be a little better between music and speech but otherwise fantastic.

Once I figured out how to sequence turning on the cable and then the TV everything works fine. Also, I had to figure how to stream the audio thru my hearing aids as there was no audio ports on the TV.

OUTSTANDING QUALITY, PRICE, AND EASE OF SETUP!!!! HAVE OWNED VIZIO TV AND SOUNDBAR FOR YEARS AND UPGRADED SCREEN SIZE AND MORE CURRENT MODEL TO ACCOMMODATE GRANDSON'S BEDROOM. HE IS THOUROUGHLY HAPPY, USES IT MOSTLY FOR GAMING. THANKS, WILLIAM Y.

Vizio used to make good TV at v good prices. Their quality have degraded significantly after they forced the TV to update frequently causing countless crashes requiring total reboot. Hopefully the 2023 series is better.

The picture is fine but we were not prepared for the new style remote with no number buttons. We are connected to our local cable system, but the TV remote didn’t work with it, only showed Vizio channels.

The remote is to little to read. The picture is great!

We purchased this in place of a FireTV. It is so much faster and runs so much smoother. We are really happy with this one. The volume and screen display are fantastic.

Nice tube for the back room or garage, the resolution isn’t quite as good as expected but by no means a failure. Hook ups HDMI, USB are all convenient, over all not a bad tube

Excellent master bedroom tv for the price! This is a repeat purchase of make and model where the tv is on 24/7. Many, many years of use before picture went out on old set.

My daughter and I went to find a new TV and ended up with a Vizio. We had no one help up and when I paid for it the cashier did not ask if I wanted a warranty on it, which was a mistake.

It is so slow!!! The video and audio are not always synced, it's refreshing all the time, functions on remote (even volume) are extremely slow to respond...I've never seen anything like it. I can't watch anything on it without experiencing one or more of these issues.

I love all my televisions!! the quality is perfect, the audio is loud enough and clear enough I’m extremely happy I made the purchases my home is a lil bit more vibrant thanks Best Buy❤️❤️❤️

I would give this TV 5 stars but every time i turn it on it goes back to the main page for visio. All the other TV’S i have go to the main cable box when turned on

Very satisfied with my t.v. and overall experience. They were kind an answered all my questions i had. If need Geek Squad they will help fix your product if jave warranty if not refund.. love it

Very nice TV but unfortunately it does not meet one of my requirements (Ethernet Port) but none of the other 40 inch TVs do either so except for that it is very nice

Didnt want a smart tv, but this works fine for me. I normally use my appletv to use apps vs that acual tb software. Only thing is remote has a slight lag

Well at first the TV seemed to have a mind of its own!! It was doing all kinds of weird stuff!!! After about three weeks I finally got the hang of it!!
