    Image quality was sub par along with remote issues. Remote continuously kept loosing connection with TV. Screen also suffered from weird edge lights as well as blooming.

    Poor Remote Design Ruined This Sale!

    Well, straight out of the box, I am frustrated beyond belief. The remote will not slide open. My hands now ache. Grown men online have videos posted whereby they are prying them open! Vizio support cannot assist and finally asked where I bought the two TVs. Really? Best Buy offered to help get them to open but then what happens when I need to change the batteries? Do I beg someone to open them for me every time? Nope. I think that I will be returning the TVs today! I cannot rate any other aspects of the TV as I refuse to use my phone to turn the TV on at baseline operation: so ignore the 1s.
