    Overall, a great TV. As someone that takes full advantage of all available features, I am disappointed in the app connection. After a day or so, I have to remove the TV from our account on the app and readd to use the app fratures. Every once in a while, the TV's apps will freeze and I have to unplug the TV from the back. I haven't had the TV that long but, to have to repeatedly do these things in such a short amount of time does not lead to a promising future.

    I was disappointed with the TV and returned it. I thought the sound was weak and the picture did not wow me at all like what I saw in the store. Good TV for the money, but wasn't the right one for me.

    This TV was difficult to set up. Once i got it set up i could not launch Netflex. Spoke to multple Vizo tech people and they couldnt get it to launch after working with them for over an hour. They then told me to call Netflux which i did and worked with them for an hour. I was getting ready to take the tv back when another Vizio specialist called me and was able to fix it. But i still have dome clitches.

    This is hardly a smart TV. More like a dial-up TV. It is sooooo slow and barely works. It turns on randomly and half the time the remote won’t even work

    I'm not crazy about Vizio. I'm used to Samsung but puchased this because of the lower price. That was a mistake.

    Weak antenna reception

    It's a TV with a whole bunch of added crap. We have this set up in our kitchen eating area connected to an antenna. Unfortunately this has either a very insensitive tuner or a weak pre-amp as the signal cuts out very often. Yeah, the antenna is indoors but its in a window from which I can literally see the broadcast antenna tower for the channels we watch the most. Very aggravating. We have an older TV of another brand that gets the channels just fine with an antenna that's just on the wall in that room.
