    Needed two 40" HD smart TV's to fit in the wall space available. 40" screens were difficult to find. These serve the purpose.

    At first, we were excited and this tv seemed to work. However, it was as if it KNEW the return period was over, because, at that time, it started acting up. Most of the time, it doesn't want to turn on. The channels don't want to show up. The volume control won't work a lot. There are soooo many issues that we have with this television, and we're very upset. It's sad, because it's our very first "smart tv." It's so disappointing and starting to make us rethink the whole idea of buying this kind of product. Now we're out $$$ and we cannot afford another tv. It's so upsetting. I was forced to retire in my mid-40's because of health issues, so watching tv/movies, etc. was going to help the days go by. I guess not.

    Tv remote no volume up /down buttons. Only voice control. The picture of remote in directions HAS volume up/down. The picture was not that great. Lots of artifacts. I'll never buy another vizio tv.

    This tv is kind of annoying with its constant updates. Sometimes the updates are so incredibly slow. It’s main menu is littered with an overload of tv offerings which cause it to not run smoothly. Spend the extra money and get a better tv.

    The tv is not user friendly at all, this will be my last Vizio purchase. The remote does not have channel up and down, the volume is horrible, so you have to buy a sound bar. Just very unhappy with this tv

    This TV was an absolute disappointment for me. While the screen did seem nice for the short moment, the sound quality and inability to view 'live TV" was terrible. Also the update seemed like it was blocking the ability to scan in digital/OTA channels. At first I scan over 100 channels; less than 5 min later 0 channels found?? There aren't even buttons on remote to hit channels. Perhaps I didn't due my due diligence on my 1st Vizio purchase, but it looks like I'm going back to Samsung. I spent more time trying to update/troubleshoot than actual time watching TV. Within 2 hours, including set up time, I decided this wasn't the TV for me.

    Nice smart TV, but the picture quality (eg facial features) is not what I had expected, and the viewing angle seems quite narrow. Easy setup.

    I tried to purchase a TV that would be simple enough for my elderly husband to use in his assisted living apartment. I was assured that this TV was pretty simple. Not so! It was impossible to remove the landing page with WAY TOO MANY OPTIONS. There need to be TVs for people who are older and unable to navigate this kind of "smart" (stupid) TV. I returned it.

    Not impressed with this tv. Should have spent a little bit more to get the Roku TV. But maybe I will.get uses to it after a couple more months.

    Bought this “smart” TV for my RV. If the Wifi network you need to connect to has a login/password required then you cannot login. My other TV in the RV is a different brand and prompts you for login and password, and works fine. The solution from Vizio is to talk to the Wi-Fi administrator to allow access without login. We are now streaming a baseball game on it, and have the sound from the baseball game AND another program on antenna at the same time. Will be returning.

    my tv was delivered to the wrong address, the people were nice enough to tell me they had my tv, i ask to return and get another in case of damage, but was only able to return the tv, so i'm kind of disappointed with whole experience

    Great TV just like any other smart TV this size. Bought it primarily for the AirPlay feature for my workouts from my iPhone, but that stopped working & I have yet to have time to dive into figuring out why. Also, not a fan of the controller or the Home Screen.
